Having a user-friendly interface and efficient, useful tracking tools were a major selling point, however since the beginning it has been the efforts and dedication to client services and support from the Poached team that really sets them apart.

Poached Jobs is an amazing resource to find quality candidates in the Food & Hospitality industry! The number of experienced candidates that we have received at Eataly has been phenomenal since we began using this platform, and the ratio of those interviewed to those hired has been excellent.
It is really refreshing to have a source for quality establishments to post jobs. Other websites seem to be overloaded with bad jobs that are not geared towards career cooks and food service people.
We did 2 shifts at Maie Day this past weekend, they both worked well & we ended up hiring one of them, yay! I'm notifying all teams of this option if we run into a pinch in the future.
My managers are really enjoying the interface and the quality of candidates is much, much higher.
